AIC has developed a thorough Quality Control Program to ensure our materials and finished components meet the highest standards available.

Batch Documentation: Each batch of material is documented for traceability of raw materials, blending, processing and inspection. We retain this documentation on file for every batch of material that leaves our facility and is available upon request in the form of a certificate of analysis.

Process Control: Each step of production follows our documented procedures so the quality level is repeated for every batch. These standards are used to dictate and control the blending, pressing, sintering or melting, as well as secondary operations.

Material Analysis: Our materials are inspected at the end of the manufacturing process to make sure they meet our high standards. Where applicable, every thermoplastic billet undergoes 100% ultrasonic inspection to ensure a void-free product.
