AIC's capabilities include in-house blending, a large inventory of molding tools, and Clean Room blending and processing. We are constantly assessing our capabilities in order to meet the requirements of our customers.

In-house Blending: We are able to customize materials with fillers and additives to enhance specific material properties. Some of the fillers/additives used are glass, carbon, graphite, metal powders, and MoS2.

Molding Tools: Our large tool inventory allows for producing 1" to 45" outer diameter billets that can range from 3" to 9" in length for PTFE and 3" to 8" in PEEK®.

Clean Room Processing: AIC's Class 10,000 Clean Room area provides a contaminate- free environment in which to blend and process neat/unfilled and white glass filled materials to be used in ultra-pure applications.
