On October 1, we announced the formation of Cook Compression - a new organization comprised of four previously independent companies: C. Lee Cook; Cook Valve (formerly Cook Manley and Compressor Valve Engineering); Compressor Components Incorporated, and American Industrial Components.
In the past, you have done business with at least one of these market-leading companies. Now, all their resources and expertise are combined to offer the industry’s most comprehensive source for engineered parts and services for reciprocating compressors and engines.
As part of our implementation plan, we will be modifying our commercial documents to reflect this change. We are also developing a fully integrated business system to support single-source procurement of all products and services from any Cook Compression location.
For now, we ask that you update your information systems to incorporate our new name and remittance address for all payables:

All other possible entries for the previous company names (C. Lee Cook; Cook Valve (and/or Cook Manley/Compressor Valve Engineering); Compressor Components Incorporated, and American Industrial Components) can be eliminated and one address used for all future payables. You may continue to send purchase orders and service work to the same location as before without changes, or contact your Cook Compression account manager for additional information. Please distribute this notice to all personnel in your organization who will interact with Cook Compression.
